Making A Purchase
Buying from us could not be easier. Just browse our online Catalogue, using the link "shop" in the side menu or seach for any particular item using "search shop".
Our Advanced Search Facility has many advanced features beyond the ordinary “keyword” search you’ll find on your average websites. In both cases, once you have found an item you wish to buy, just click on its name and you will be shown its full description and a bigger picture. If you are happy with the item, simply click "order" and put it into the shopping basket.
Promotional discount codes that you may have received need to be entered here. After you have finished your selection, click on "order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro (previously known as Switch). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.In case you want to order an item that is not in stock, please contact us by email or telephone. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. All prices on this site are in British Pounds Sterling.

Shipping And Handling

Standard Delivery - £4.00 charge added to your order. Standard delivery packages will be sent by first class mail. Please allow around 3 to 5* working days for this service.

Express Delivery - Charged at £8.00. Cost is added to your order at the checkout phase. All express delivery orders should be with you within 2* working days.

Please note these charges are for UK only. We may accept orders from other countries but the customer will be liable for any extra postage cost. This will need be confirmed and agreed before shipping.

* Delivery times can be affected by stock availability. If we are unable to ship your order within three working days you will be contacted by telephone or e-mail. You can then change your order, cancel your order, or place the item on back order.

Delivery Schedule
We dispatch most orders in 1 or 2 working days. We do realize that you may require our products for a certain date. If your event is only a week or less away we strongly recommend that you select one of the express delivery options that we have available.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and wish to return all or part of your order, please contact us within 7 working days from the date you received your order. Goods must be returned with your receipt in the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition.

If you wish to return the goods because they are faulty or we have sent you the wrong consignment please contact us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

If goods have been damaged in transit contact us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition with your receipt within 7 days of the date you received the item unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
If there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item.
The cost of sending the item back to us will not be refunded.


 

Delivery restrictions

The packages sent to other countries than United Kingdom have a weight limit of 2 kilograms and a total volume of maximum 900 cm3.   

 

Return and refund policy

In case you want to return the products, you have 7 days to return the goods in perfect recallable condition with all the packaging, and  the money will be refund after. Unfortunately, the cost of sending the goods back or the original postage will have to be paid by the customer for the delivered goods.
